After completing numerous recipes from The Great British Book of Baking and coming across a not so great recipe for Fairy Cakes I decided to start this blog.
So the mission is to take on each and every recipe in The Great British Book of Baking and review it honestly from an everyday point of view as to ease, time and results, so here goes....
